I’m Danielle Jackson, an executive coach and leadership strategist who partners with bold women leaders to transform potential into purposeful impact.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, I’ve navigated high-stakes work and deep personal transitions — often simultaneously. As the former CEO of University Prep Schools, I:

• Led two district mergers and oversaw a $50M operating budget
• Built and mentored executive teams to deliver results
• Crafted equity-centered strategies that advanced student outcomes and ensured sustainable organizational growth

But leadership is not just a resume — it’s deeply human. In my own life, I’ve walked through marriage, motherhood, widowhood, and reinvention. Those tensions between external responsibility and internal growth now inform how I lead and how I coach: with empathy, courage, integrity, and purpose.
